Refund/Return Policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange, only for items proved damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@the3paintedpugs.com to alert us of the damage. We require pics including of any and all damages (which includes packaging, items in the order, etc.) Then return the damaged item(s) in the original packaging to us for review.

Non-returnable items:

Returning damaged item(s) for review (Shipping something back to us)
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return of a damaged item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (If applicable) 
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping and after they are verified damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@the3paintedpugs.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages 
The 3 Painted Pugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The 3 Painted Pugs will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Delayed Packages 
The 3 Painted Pugs is not responsible for any package confirmed shipped and is delayed. The customer is responsible to contact the carrier to get any additional information. The 3 Painted Pugs will provide tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Returned and/or Undeliverable Packages 
The 3 Painted Pugs will not be responsible for any order that either can not be delivered or if a customer refuses their package. No packages returned to the The 3 Painted Pugs due to an incorrect address are eligible for a refund. If the carrier reports an attempted delivery and can not deliver, the customer must contact the carrier. Any returned packages to The 3 Painted Pugs will be reshipped at full shipping cost paid by the customer. If the customer decides to not have their order reshipped there will be no refund.
